Over the past few weeks we have seen considerable concern in financial markets about the crisis in the euro zone’s peripheral countries followed by a vigorous rebound when European authorities presented their rescue plan. Yet given the nature of the risks involved (sovereign default and the collapse of the euro) and the magnitude of the movements observed, markets could soon see more turbulence.(…)
