1.Segment strategy development for partner and customer offer, establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer segments/personas, market intelligence, and team dynamics based on internal and external customer insights.
2.Plan and execute customer value added service to support the value proposition
3.Digital marketing, including, but not limited to web, social media, landing pages, A/B testing, performance marketing
4.Cross department coordination and support team on project execution.
