l   Assist in the delivery of IT projects by developing test scenarios, conducting systems and integration testing, and ensuring that quality and functionality meet desired standards.

l   Manage projects related to transforming, implementing, during the project cycle.

l   Conduct user requirement gathering, feasibility studies, gap analysis, SIT, UAT, and oversee the rollouts of IT systems.     

l   Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, development teams, and external vendors to ensure project deliverables and business objectives are met.

l   Support the Business Intelligence development by providing guidance on data structure and definition to build analysis reports for the business.

l   Create or update end user documentation and training materials, and communicate any significant changes to relevant users through the well communication.

l   Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Insurance, bank or relevant finical industry.

l   Strong experience of insurance and accounting system, also well understanding the IFRS17 requirement.

l   Experience in full project life cycle implementation, from defining requirements to testing and implementation.

l   Experience with implementing and/or improving general insurance systems is desirable.

l   Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and users.

l   Good command of English & Chinese both in verbal and writing.
