1. Build proper working model with development team to support each other with good SOP/technical documentations and to solve the applications issues timely with good quality.
2. Early involvement in each project to pick up the technical know-how and able to handle most issues when applications go-live.
3. Own the technical knowledge to manage vendors with proper SLA (Be able to manage and review vendor contracts, as well as to monitor and control quality).
4. Be able to troubleshooting, analyze, filter and fix the first line application issues, as well as to align with the IT Governance.
5. Play a senior engineer role to drive and support the whole team activities.
6. Play a key role to closely work with cross teams to ensure issues are solved smoothly with good understanding and communication
