Service desk support to resolve business user technical problems
2、 Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the company
3、 Assist IT asset and contract management
4、 Change release support
5、 Daily Batch jobs and automation robots monitoring
6、 Digital service/systems monitoring and first line troubleshooting
7、 Deliver IT Operation and Support on technical fields based on the tasks, service requests, incidents, and changes by following approved guidelines
8、 Other maters assigned by the supervisor
1. Candidates need to have more than 3 years of relevant experience in information equipment operations.
2. Candidates must have personal characteristics such as proactive, clear thinking, strong independent learning ability, willingness to teamwork, and good communication.
